23 apply for Fulton State Court seat

The Judicial Nominating Commission says 23 people have completed applications in order to be considered for the seat vacated last month by the resignation of Judge Albert L. Thompson.
The names are:

Kelly A. Lee
D. Todd Markle
Eleanor A. Odom
Roy C. Roberts, Sr.
W. Travis Sakrison
R. Phillip Shinall, III
Lawrence A. Silverman
Erika D. Smith
Wesley B. Tailor
John S. Wetzler
Robert D. Wolf
Elizabeth A. Edelman, Zulema F. Green, Thomas D. Harper, Andrew B. Margolis and Douglas P. Roberto also were nominated but withdrew from consideration. Interviews are scheduled for Oct. 21.
